2. Description of Services
ACE supports acquisition planning, government contracting workflows, and security and compliance documentation aligned with FAR, DFARS, NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP, and applicable state/local regulations.
3. No Legal or Contracting Authority
- ACE does not sign contracts or obligate funds
- ACE does not approve awards or determinations
- ACE does not replace Contracting Officers, legal counsel, or security leaders
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for validating outputs, protecting sensitive data, and ensuring compliance before use.
5. Data Protection
Users must not submit classified, export-controlled, or unauthorized sensitive information. ACE is designed to minimize exposure of procurement-sensitive data.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- No refunds for AI agent subscriptions
- Credits reset according to plan terms
7. Acceptable Use
Misuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass procurement or security laws may result in suspension or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
ACE is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to the amount paid during the applicable subscription period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable jurisdictional law.
