ACE has been enhanced to generate acquisition documents using consistent, professional formats, including:
- Market Research Reports

All templates now emphasize:
- Clear headings and logical sections
- Plain-language explanations suitable for non-lawyers
- Built-in reminders for required human CO and legal review

ACE now offers expanded assistance for source selection activities:
- Builds weighted evaluation factors and scoring schemes
- Produces structured, per-offeror evaluation summaries
- Drafts award recommendation narratives with:
- Why this choice
- What would change the decision
- Always includes a human CO sign-off checklist and flags issues requiring legal or contracting officer review
5. Smarter Market Research & Pricing Assistance
To better support price reasonableness determinations and IGEs, ACE now:
- Applies a more rigorous price analysis approach aligned with FAR 15.404-1
- Encourages comparison with recent, relevant awards and schedule pricing (when available)
- Clearly documents assumptions, methods, and limitations for human validation
6. User Experience & Formatting Enhancements
Recent usability improvements include:

- Consistent formats for:
- Solicitation classification outputs
- Evaluation summaries
- Decision documents (e.g., SSDD and award recommendations)
All acquisition deliverables now include a standard disclaimer:
“Outputs require human expert validation and do not constitute legal advice.”
What’s Coming Next
Planned enhancements include:
- More granular state and local procurement support
- Additional pre-built templates (e.g., J&A variants, state-specific forms)
- Stronger integration with price benchmarking and historical award analysis
