Pricing assumes moderate usage intensity. Heavy usage (frequent large-scope solicitations, many simultaneous contracts, high-volume evaluations) may consume credits faster.
Overuse beyond plan credits could be handled via credit top-up or pay-as-you-go overage pricing (not detailed now — could be offered as add-on).
As underlying compute costs (LLM API, hosting, compliance infrastructure) evolve, pricing may be revisited; credit-based structuring helps cushion volatility.
Yearly subscription prepayment helps reduce billing friction and gives a discount incentive for committed users.
⚖️ No Refund Policy for AI Agent Subscriptions
All ACE-TBIGS Enterprise subscriptions—monthly or yearly—are non-refundable.
Because ACE allocates compute, hosting, and processing resources immediately upon activation:
No refunds are issued for unused credits
No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
No reimbursements for accidental usage or unused time
Users may cancel at any time, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
This policy ensures fairness and allows us to provide reliable, stable AI infrastructure.
